Tasty Black Beans Recipe

 300 grams of black beans soaked for 1 night

 1 unit of red pepper

 1 unit of onion

 4 tablespoons of brown sugar

 2 garlic cloves

 1 pinch of powdered cumin

 30 milliliters of oil

 1 pinch of salt

 1 pinch of black pepper

How to make tasty black beans:

Before making this recipe, the first step is to gather all the ingredients.

Place the soaked beans in the pressure cooker with plenty of water, a little onion and salt. Cook for 1.5 hours over medium heat, or until beans are done.

When the beans are cooked, sauté the remaining onion, pepper and garlic in a skillet, all finely cut. When these ingredients are golden, add the grated brown sugar, mix well and season with salt and pepper.

Drain excess water from the beans and add the previous stir-fry. Cook over medium heat, until the liquid is thick, and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

Finally this yummy black bean recipe is ready! Serve with white rice and as an accompaniment to rump steak, jerked beef or some other type of red meat. Enjoy your food!
